Free delivery on website orders over 350 SAR or 8 packs. Below that, standard shipping is 23 SAR. App orders may have different (often lower) thresholds based on your city.

Yes. Every Montana delivery goes out in refrigerated trucks because cold water is the way it should taste. Our drivers are trained to handle the cases without breaking the cold chain.

Recurring delivery is available through the Montana app. Set your preferred frequency, save your address, and we'll arrive on schedule. Manage or pause anytime in-app.

Pick "Cash on Delivery (COD)" at checkout. Pay our driver in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready when possible. COD is available across all our delivery zones.

Yes. Card payments are processed by PayTabs, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Montana Water never sees or stores your card details.

Montana is sourced from a single spring at 1,820 metres altitude in the Italian Alps — the highest source of natural mineral water in Europe. The water is bottled directly at the source with no chemical treatment, no fluoridation, and no ozone processing.

Yes. Montana is 100% natural mineral water with no additives, no flavours, and no processing. It is suitable for Muslim consumers and is widely sold across the GCC.

Yes. Montana's ultra-low sodium content (0.3 mg/L) and naturally low mineral profile make it suitable for preparing infant formula. The bottles are BPA-free. We recommend the 200ml or 330ml format for nursery use.

Naturally balanced at pH 7.5 — neither acidic nor alkaline. This is the natural balance of the Alpine spring, not adjusted post-bottling.

Both come from the same Italian Alpine source. The sparkling version is naturally carbonated at source — we do not add CO2. The red cap signals sparkling; the blue cap is still.

Yes. All Montana plastic bottles are BPA-free and fully recyclable. Our glass premium range is also fully recyclable.

The water is the same. The glass premium range (375ml and 750ml) is designed for fine dining, hotels, and the home table where presentation matters. Glass holds the natural fizz of sparkling water at its sharpest and protects the water from light and plastic exchange.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp +966 555 430 949 or in-app support. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For consumed product, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Card refunds: 5-10 business days back to your original payment method via PayTabs. COD refunds: arranged via bank transfer or store credit, usually within 3 business days.

All our plastic bottles are 100% recyclable. We are running a pilot bottle-collection program in Jeddah where customers can request a recycling kit through the app and we collect bottles on the next delivery. We are expanding the program to Riyadh and Dammam.
